CURRENT CONDITIONS
Contrary to some media reports the smoke in Whistler has improved dramatically with the forecast for this improvement to continue. The golf course has been busy daily and has received great reviews! The following are answers to the question we asked golfers Thursday, July 9th : “How did the smoke affect your round today?”
- “Not at all. The course played great. Me not so much”
- “It was pretty smoky Tuesday, but its fine today. Course is in great shape.”
- “It’s cooler today which is nice. I admit that Global TV kind of freaked us out but it’s fine. Looks like the course is busy too.”

Also please note there are no fires that are threatening Whistler Resort.
The Whistler Golf Club is enjoying one of its best seasons in many years. The course had its earliest opening ever which allowed our grounds crew to get the course in great shape. The weather has been amazing all year and guest have enjoyed fantastic conditions throughout the season.
